IERUS Kicks Off Mentoring Program with Team Game Night

February 7, 2020 — The IERUS Team consists of people with decades of experience and people just getting started with their career. To exchange knowledge and help each other grow, IERUS established a mentoring program. Program participants are placed in a mentor/mentee pairing.

To kick off this program, the Young Professionals of IERUS (YPIs) and other IERUS team members met for a game night. At IERUS Disco, the team members had lawn games set up like corn hole, peg ball, and giant Jenga. The whole group had a blast getting to network with their peers off the clock.

The night ended with the announcement of mentor/mentee pairings. The IERUS team looks forward to restarting their mentoring program this year.
