IERUS Sponsors Rocket City Curling Club and Its Inaugural Tournament

Sep 3, 2019 – IERUS Technologies is a sponsor for the Rocket City Curling Club, the first curling club in the state of Alabama. They aim to teach the sport while developing youth and adult programs in the community. In turn, we also sponsored their inaugural curling tournament, Rock-It City Bonspiel.

The tournament started on Saturday, August 31, and continued through the Labor Day Weekend until Monday, September 2. It consisted of 32 teams from 10 states competing to win. The event even had a special guest in attendance, Tyler George, 2018 Olympic curling gold-medalist. As the Rocket City Curling Club continues to grow, there are hopes to continue an annual tournament and other events in the future.
